We developed a complete wayfinding program — terminal identification, pedestrian directional signs, water-taxi orientation, and a Peter Stuyvesant monument — designed to read fluently in Dutch, English, and pictogram alike. The system handles peak cruise-day pedestrian volume while still feeling like a destination, not an airport.
