Maitland City Centre is a mixed-use master-planned development north of Orlando. We authored the Master Sign Program — full sign-family hierarchy, code documents, and design intent drawings governing every primary identification, tenant blade, monument, and wayfinding sign across the campus. The system continues to govern the project as new buildings come online.
