Services
Envirographics is a single-source design and production studio. We carry every project from initial concept through final installation — and stay engaged afterward to support change orders, additions, and long-term maintenance. The result is signage and environmental graphics that look unified, install on schedule, and hold up in the built environment.
Our Process
-
Concept
Every project starts with the brief. We work with owners, developers, and architects to translate brand, place, and program into a design intent that the rest of the project can build on.
-
Design
Sketches, renderings, material studies, and full sign-family drawings. We resolve scale, hierarchy, and typography against the architecture and the site — and produce documents tight enough to bid and build from.
-
Permitting
We prepare and shepherd local sign-code submissions, variances, master sign program approvals, and HOA reviews. Decades of relationships with municipalities across Central Florida and beyond keep approvals on schedule.
-
Fabrication
In-house and partner-shop fabrication in aluminum, steel, acrylic, stone, and architectural metal. We specify finishes, lighting, and mounting hardware to last the life of the development.
-
Construction
For monument signs, hardscape elements, and integrated features we manage footings, electrical, and site coordination directly with the general contractor.
-
Installation
Our crews install across the U.S. and internationally — high-rise letter sets, monument signs, interior wayfinding programs, and themed metalwork. We carry the liability and certifications to work safely on active sites.
-
Management
After the ribbon-cutting we stay on as a long-term partner: tenant changes, sign-family additions, maintenance, and replacement parts that match the original specification.
Specialties
Project Brand Identity
Logo, name marks, and graphic standards that translate cleanly from print to building-scale. Built to read at a distance, age well, and integrate with the architecture.
Master Sign Systems
Comprehensive sign programs for master-planned developments, mixed-use centers, and campuses. Sign families, hierarchy, and code documents that govern the project for decades. See case studies ›
Wayfinding
Pedestrian and vehicular wayfinding systems for cruise terminals, university campuses, retail centers, and master-planned communities. We design the decision points first, then the signs.
Hardscape
Entry features, monument bases, seat walls, and integrated landscape elements that carry the project brand into the site itself.
Sculpture & Public Art
Site-specific sculptural works and themed installations that elevate developments beyond signage into placemaking.
Custom & Architectural Metal
Fabricated aluminum, steel, and bronze elements — letter sets, screens, gates, and ornamental metalwork detailed to architectural tolerances.
Water Features
Themed water elements integrated with monument signs, plazas, and entry experiences. Engineered for low maintenance and long service life.
Dimensional Letters & Architectural Lettering
Building-scale dimensional letter sets — fabricated, illuminated, halo-lit, or push-through. Designed and engineered to read at distance, integrate with the architecture, and hold up to weather, wind load, and decades of service.
Relocation & Compliance Cost Assessments
Envirographics provides professional assessments for the relocation of existing signage, architectural landscape features, and site identity elements impacted by eminent domain, roadway expansion, redevelopment, and changing zoning requirements.
Our services include:
- Existing conditions evaluation
- Relocation feasibility review
- Zoning and compliance impact analysis
- Cost assessments for relocation and reconstruction
- Signage and site identity impact documentation
- Coordination support for legal, planning, and development teams
We work with attorneys, property owners, developers, and consultants to document the real-world impacts associated with relocating existing site improvements and achieving compliance with current development standards.
